Before Your Book
Policies
Payment
A $25 non-refundable deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Rescheduling
If you're running more than 15 minutes late, a $10 fee applies, and your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
Late Arrival
Feel free to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. A $15 fee applies for changes made within 24 hours.
Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, and the deposit will not be refunded.
