I have positive expectations for a recovery/coaching relationship that will help you regain control of your life.   To partner professionally, please agree to the following guidelines.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Fees:

The fee is as outlined, and is payable to Gwendolyn Jones. You cay pay by cash or credit card.   For individual wellness sessions, there is no commitment beyond a week to week; however, I do recommend that you give the process adequate time to guide you towards recovery.  By checking the box below you commit to making payments on time as discussed. Services will not be rendered until payment is made.

 

Procedure:

Our meetings will be either in-person or via Zoom (online meeting). If you wish to connect with me in between sessions with a challenge, a success or an inquiry, I will make every attempt to respond to your text or e-mail within 24 hours, I’m happy to provide this extra level of service at no additional charge.

 

Changes:

If you need to reschedule our appointment, please give me 24 hours notice.   If I need to reschedule, I will give you at least 24 hours notice as well, barring an emergency or illness.

 

Between Calls:

Email me at time at Info@ASafePlaceNC.org or text me at 1919736460 to reach me with ideas, problems, questions etc.

 

Problems:

If I ever say or do anything that upsets you or doesn't feel right, please bring it to my attention so that we can resolve it as soon as possible. My objective is to have a working relationship that is safe, genuine, and authentic.  I commit to respect your boundaries as you respect my own. Our commitment to one another is to give each other plenty of latitude, and promptly ask for clarification if there is a mis-connection.
